Obituary of Elfagues Fleck

Elfagues "Fritz" Fleck passed away peacefully on January 1, 2020 at the age of 89 years at Camrose, Alberta. Fritz was born to Anton and Johanna Fleck on March 6, 1930 in Provost, Alberta. He was raised on the farm in the Bodo area and attended Maypole School. On August 11, 1956, Fritz married the love of his life, Velma Rusk. They lived in Provost raising their sons, Doug and Dave. They would continue to call Provost home until October of 2014 when they moved to Camrose to be closer to their sons and their families. Fritz leaves to mourn his wife of 63 years, Velma Fleck; sons, Doug (Ann) of Camrose and Dave (Sheila) of Camrose; grandchildren, Jason (Kelly), Jennifer (Dallas), Heather (Neil), Brendan (Jessica) and Bryce; great grandchildren, Dawson, Porter, Devon, Dylan, Emilie and Kate; brother, Anton (Tony) Fleck; sister, Jeanne Kirk; sister in law, Matilda Fleck; as well as numerous other relatives and friends. Fritz was predeceased by his parents, Anton and Johanna; sisters, Madeline (Phillip) Fischer, Emma (Robert) Dupuis and Johanna (Jack) Kraft; brothers, John Fleck and Alphonse Fleck; brother in law, Don Kirk.
