Obituary of Carole Marie Dallyn

Carole was born on March 31, 1942 to Clifford and Nina Tunney and growing up she attended school in Edgerton. Carole married Elvin Dallyn on St. Patrick's day, March 17, 1960. They started their life together in Ribstone on Elvin's mother's homestead, where they had three boys before they moved to Edgerton for a short period of time, and eventually settled on Carole's parents homestead. Elvin and Carole later decided to retire to the town of Chauvin. Carole passed away in Provost Hospital September 5, 2013 after a lengthy battle with cancer. She will be greatly missed by her sons, Marty (Annette) of Chauvin, Darcey (Kim) of Wainwright and Kelly (Johanna) of Calgary; grandchildren, Courtney (Cindy), Nathan, David (Raquel), Kailynne (Wade), Devin (Erin), Lindsay (Matt), Kelsie and Sydnee; great grandchildren, Dane and Kiera; sisters, Lois (Phil) May, Ruth (Allan) Nelson, Marge Tunney and Judy (Freeman) Thompson; brothers in law, Murray (Norma) Dallyn and Arvid (Holly) Dallyn; as well as numerous sisters and brothers in law, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Carole was predeceased by her husband, Elvin, brother, Robert; sisters, Joyce and Louella (Harry) Lacey.
